The general service contractor for 2022 WPC is Shepard Exposition Services.

The 2022 WPC Exhibitor Service Manual is available in the Exhibitor Resource Center and the Shepard online portal, where you will find information for all of your exhibiting needs.

Option 1: Booth Package

Each 3m x 3m stand includes (no substitutions or exchanges allowed):

• Two exhibitor/full conference badges per 3m x 3m space
• 8’ (feet) high back and side white hard wall panels
• (1) Standard Header with Company Name & Booth #
• Booth Carpet - Tuxedo
• (1) Wastebasket
• (3) Stem lights
• (1) 500 Watt Outlet (Power for stem lights only)

Booth furniture options are available to rent: Standard and Deluxe. Turnkey Rental options are also available to rent.

CUSTOM DESIGN STANDS

• Custom inline booths of any size must be approved by Show Management and Miami Beach Convention Center.
• Drawings and technical information must be submitted to exhibitorcs@allured.com no later than April 20, 2022.

HANGING SIGNS

• Inline booths with neighbors are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on booth location and size.
• Submit drawings – including hanging element dimensions – to exhibitorcs@allured.com for consideration by April 20, 2022.
• For hanging sign guidelines see both:
  • IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules & Regulations
  • Miami Beach Convention Center Building Guide for Exhibitors & EAC's

Exhibitor Listing on WPC Website

• Company description, website URL, social media links, and product/service categories
• All exhibitors receive 1 Show Special and 3 Press Releases.
• Please update your company's listing in the Exhibitor Resource Center.
• Upgrades for additional marketing items are available for purchase through your Exhibitor Resource Center.

Lead Retrieval

• Exhibitors receive 1 complimentary lead retrieval mobile app license to scan attendee badges when they visit your booth so you can follow up with them after the show.

Raw Island Space

Raw expo floor space (island) is available in limited quantities and does not include any furnishings or carpet.

ISLAND STANDS

• Two exhibitor/full conference badges per 3m x 3m space
• Island booths are sold as raw space only, no furnishings are included.
• Custom booths of any size (including hanging signs), as well as, multi-story (double-decker) exhibits, canopies (including ceilings, umbrellas and canopy frames) must be approved by Show Management and Miami Beach Convention Center.
• Drawings and technical information must be submitted to exhibitorcs@allured.com no later than April 20, 2022.

Yes. As indicated on the 2022 WPC Rules & Regulations – prior to taking possession of booth space on show site, exhibitors must submit proof of required insurance coverage.

To assist you in planning your participation in the show, we are certain you will appreciate knowing in advance that union labor may be required for certain aspects of your exhibit handling. To help you understand the show site work rules, please click the link above for important information.

• Then click on the following links to add your content (you need to log in first for links to work properly):
  • Click here to edit your exhibitor information.
  • Product Gallery: Click here to add a product to the gallery and your online exhibitor listing. (Not available with the Basic package)
  • Show Special: Click here to add a show special to your online exhibitor listing.
  • Press Release: Click here to add a press release/company information to your online exhibitor listing.
  • Video: Click here to add a video to your online exhibitor listing. (Not available with the Basic package)

It is important to complete your profile, so that you take full advantage of the online exposure and attendee viewership available online, and present your information ahead of your competition. Exhibitors with a complete profile receive 2-3 times more viewership.
