Q: Where/When is the event?
A: World Perfumery Congress will be held in Miami, Florida at the Miami Beach Convention Center, June 29 -July 1, 2021. The Opening Cocktail Reception is June 28th. The Exhibition and Conference will take place from June 29 - July 1, 2021.
Q: What is the official language for the event?
A: English will be the official language of the event.
Q: What are the show/conference hours?
A: The Exhibition is from 10 am-6 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and 10 am-5 pm on Thursday. Conference sessions are scheduled throughout Tuesday - Thursday, starting at 8 am. For a detailed schedule please visit the show schedule on the website.

Q: Will there be food & beverages at the show?
A: The Opening Cocktail Reception on Monday, June 28 and is open to all registered attendees and includes an open bar and light appetizers. Concessions will be available for purchase in the Expo Hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, June 29 - July 1 during exhibit hall hours. The Closing Reception will include an open bar and dinner. Tickets for the Closing Reception are sold separately unless your registration is for three days.
Q: How do I get a detailed list of exhibitors at the event?

Q: How do I get on the mailing list for next year’s expo?
A: Just sign up for the mailing list!
Q: Is there wifi? How do I access the internet?
A: Complimentary WiFi is available in the lobby areas of the Convention Center.
Q: What are the different educational sessions?
A: This year’s congress, Fragrance 2.0, will address the ways in which technology and sustainability are driving the industry forward. Topics will include artificial intelligence, biotechnology, customization, and upcycling.
Q: How do I register a group?
A: Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to take advantage of discounted group registration. All registrants must be employed by the same company. All sales are final. In the event that you have 9 individuals registered and add more at a later date, the discount will only apply to the additional attendee registrations.
Q: How do you register as a Perfumer?
A: Anyone that selects the Perfumer registration category will be put into "Pending" registration status and we will review their credentials accordingly. It is not required that you are a member of one of the associations listed to be approved.
Q: How do I qualify as a Perfumer?
A: To qualify, a registrant must meet the ASP and event organizer’s criteria. They have defined "perfumer" as a trained perfumer or perfumer trainee who creates fragranced products/develops fragrance for use in commercial application and/or works with fragrance materials and has been recognized as a perfumer by an accredited perfumery society such as the ASP, SFP, BSP, etc. The ASP and event organizer will vet those who select the "Perfumer Discount Rate" during the registration process and/or those who request the perfumer discount rate through partnering organizations, such as the ASP. This discount only applies to perfumers who register for the three-day pass. No perfumer discount applies to one or two-day event registration.
Q: Am I able to bring a guest?
A: Guests passes can be purchased during the registration process. All spouses, partners or guests who are not fragrance industry professionals must have a paid spouse/guest registration before being admitted to the conference, exhibit hall and WPC hosted events. Only one spouse, partner or guest may register at the spouse/guest fee. Additional guests must pay the full attendee registration fee. No children under the age of 18 will be admitted to event.
Q: Is their a student or intern discount?
A: Yes! To register as a student or intern please complete the application for either found on the registration page.
Q: I am no longer able to attend. Can I get a refund?
A: If a request for cancellation is received in writing on or before midnight EST on May 17, 2021, WPC will refund your registration fee less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellation requests not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund, however, another person may be designated as a replacement. Replacement requests must be made in writing before June 21, 2021. No-shows will not be refunded. In the event a visa request is denied, documentation of refusal of visa must be submitted to receive a full refund. Refund requests can be made in writing to email@example.com.
