International Travelers: Apply For Your Visa Early
The United States (U.S.) requires the citizens of many foreign countries to obtain visas to enter the country. Citizens of countries not covered by the Visa Waiver Program must obtain a visa through their local U.S. embassies. You are advised to allow ample time to obtain a visa for entry into the United States. For detailed information on the U.S. visa policy, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.
Visa Waiver Program
The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables most citizens or nationals of participating countries to travel to the U.S. for tourism or business (visitor [B] visa purposes only) for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. Authorization is obtained through an online registration system known as the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA).
Obtain a "Letter of Invitation"
The World Perfumery Congress cannot assist you with the interview process, nor can anyone representing the WPC call the embassy or consulate on your behalf to provide support for granting a visa.
To obtain a letter of Invitation from the World Perfumery Congress, please e-mail Marissa Esposito after you have received a registration confirmation.
